Craftsman vs Alphabet Lore is a free game in which a team of treasure-hunting characters must survive by collecting items and dodging monsters. The basic idea is simple, although it has some unlockable game modes that bring new elements to the gameplay.

The game mixes the letter-themed characters seen in titles like Alphabet Survival. It features a set of blocky protagonists who are obviously inspired by Minecraft. Whether you play as a Minecraft-style superhero or a giant letter monster is down to you.

Find the letters

Craftsman vs Alphabet Lore begins with one gameplay mode activated: Find the Letter. In this mode, you and a group of computer-controlled allies will explore a building in search of letter items. Once the team has collected all letters before the time runs out, you will win virtual cash and even unlock new skins.

Play as a monster

By watching an advert and spending one of your reward gems, you can put a different spin on Find the Letter by playing as a monster. With this feature activated, you will control a giant letter-shaped monster that has the job of hunting down and squashing the human characters before they find all the letters.

Two more modes to be unlocked

Once you earn enough gems by completing rounds, you can unlock the other two modes: Turn On Generator and Find the Notebook (each with the option to play as a monster). The object-finding mechanics are the same, but these modes will add new features, including teleporters and more dangerous monsters.

Sometimes you might get lucky

There is a heavy element of chance in Craftsman vs Alphabet Lore. Sometimes you might find the objects clustered together in a room, or the CPU players might do all the work for you. Since you can die from one hit, it's also possible to have bad luck.
